Service Desk Builder provides a helpdesk health check and a set of operating tools intended to support internal service desk improvement. The outputs are decision-support materials, not legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. You can manage billing through the customer portal. If a subscription ends, access returns to the free assessment experience.
You are responsible for the data you enter, the internal decisions you make using the outputs, and any branded documents you generate from the toolkit.
